The secrecy, sudden land acquisitions raised eyebrows. Although the project promises walkable neighborhoods, renewable energy, and affordable housing, it also embodies a traditional, top-down model: a small group of wealthy investors shaping the future for everyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
